Each run of Drip is unblended and true to Mother Nature — exhibiting only the qualities of its time of harvest. The earliest sap produces Blonde (our lightest), followed by Copper (the middle child) and lastly by Amber (the deepest & darkest). All three grades are small batch, certified organic and full of distinct & delicious personality.
Drip Blonde arrives first in spring. She’s pure, light & sweet. But, being Blonde, she’s not the sharpest knife in the drawer. (500 ml glass)
Drip Copper strikes an ideal balance of flavour, gorgeous colour & silky texture. (500 ml glass)
Drip Amber is the last run of maple syrup & therefore the deepest of colour, texture & flavour. It’s the most rare & left to the whim of Mother Nature. (500 ml glass)
